Midway's Free Classic Games--to access the free classic games, click on the "Play Classic Games" button that's located under the Midway corporate logo at the top of the page. Are you old enough to remember playing video games like Joust and Defender in your local video arcade? Or are you curious about the kind of games that your parents used to play when they were your age? Well, you're in luck because Midway, the original manufacturer of many of those games you (or your parents) knew and loved has online versions of them at its site. The good news is that you don't even have to worry about looking for quarters to re-experience these blasts from the past. Rebel Noel in "Escape from the North Pole"--in this sequel to "The Wrath of Santa", you've escaped Santa's wrath but you still have to escape from the North Pole itself. You not only have to contend with the winter elements, but you also have to deal with elves shooting at you and booby-trapped presents. It's a cynical yet funny alternative to the excessive Christmas hype that springs up every December. (Flash)
