This LiveJournal really took off in a more personal direction than was originally planned due to the discovery of a book called The Sugar Addicts Total Recovery Program by Kathleen DesMasions. In fact, so many entries were written about the topic of sugar addiction and weight control that it spawned off into another site called The Fat Diaries.
